Preston Miller

Preston Miller is a senior finance and operations executive with over 19 years of experience in consumer finance. He has developed an impressive record of consistently delivering shareholder value through strategic leadership, business growth, sound operational management, financial knowledge and his ability to create winning partnerships.

As the Executive Vice President/COO of Americredit Corporation, Preston used his strategic and visionary skills to expand business opportunities, broadening product lines and developing new finance channels. He successfully helped to restructure the organization while increasing efficiency and boosting originations, led two strategic acquisitions, overhauled the pricing strategy to be more flexible and market specific and launched a profitable new product line. His multi pronged growth strategy is credited with increasing core loan originations from $5 billion to $7.5 billion.

Preston joined Americredit during its start up stage as a Controller and moved quickly through the professional ranks to become CFO and Treasurer. He was known as a tough negotiator and for having a keen mind for complex financial structures. As a key executive officer he helped to build a $16 billion portfolio and to achieve unprecedented profits in the consumer finance market while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

In his financial roles he led the company through over 15 years of growth and change including mergers & acquisitions, turnarounds, joint ventures, business unit and department start-ups, restructures and an IPO. He was able to create dynamic financial platforms which improved structured transactions while reducing risk and increasing returns on shareholder equity.

Prior to his roles at Americredit he worked with a major accounting firm as an auditor and audit supervisor where he had the opportunity to work with a variety of industries including oil & gas, manufacturing, non-profit and financial services.

Preston received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas Christian University of Fort Worth, Texas. He has an active CPA certification in Texas. Board memberships include United Pan Am Financial Corp Board, AICPA, TCU, The Neely School of Business International Board of Visitors and ASFA Vehicle Finance Board where he served as Chairman in 2008.

Daniel Martinez

-Senior Partner

Daniel brings to his position as Senior Partner of Innovate Auto Solutions a focus on strategic planning, operational effectiveness, intellectual capital growth, risk mitigation and optimization of risk-adjusted returns. His leadership style promotes an environment of trust, open communication, continuous improvement, innovation, and self-development.

Prior to joining Innovate Auto Solutions, Daniel was a senior executive in the auto finance industry where he developed a direct auto lending business, mortgage business, and highly successful consumer marketing and servicing strategies. His experience includes financial analysis, strategic planning, product development, project management, underwriting, funding, servicing, risk management and structured finance. His expertise is evaluating, defining, and implementing strategic business opportunities that create lasting shareholder value.

Daniel graduated from Baylor University, Magna Cum Laude, specializing in finance and entrepreneurship. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) holder, Project Management Professional (PMP) and is a member of the CFA Institute and Project Management Institute where he participated on the Risk Management and Strategic Planning boards.

Eric Nordlund

-Senior Partner

Eric brings to his position as Senior Partner of Innovate Auto Finance a focus on business acquisition strategies, operational effectiveness, risk mitigation and optimizing profitability. Prior to joining Innovate Auto Solutions, Eric was a senior executive in the auto finance industry, where he developed and grew highly successful origination channels and managed acquisition integrations.

His experience includes strategic planning, credit underwriting & decision principles, pricing optimization, risk management, analysis of business metrics to improve profit and performance. His expertise is in product design and development, the creation of unique programs with competitive advantages and channel management.

Eric graduated from the University of Illinois, specializing in Economics. He earned a Masters of Business Administration from Washington University Olin School of Business with an emphasis on Corporate Accounting and continued education courses at Northwestern University and SMU.

Tim Rios

-Partner

Tim brings to his position as Partner of Innovate Auto Solutions a focus on portfolio performance management, delinquency loss mitigation and development of economic strategies to maximize investor returns.

Prior to joining Innovate Auto Solutions, Tim enjoyed professional experiences as an executive at Citigroup. From July 2005 to February 2009 Tim served in the senior management role of VP Business Development for CitiFinancial Auto in several consumer lending initiatives with the CitiFinancial Global Consumer Group and Citibank, North America. Tim was responsible for managing the CitiFinancial Auto brand and direct lending product operations in more than 2,000-Citifinancial branches located across the United States. He also led key strategic initiatives for Citi, including the Citibank Texas expansion in 2007 and the cross-sell of the CitiFinancial Auto into Citibank North America in 2008.

Tim also spent several years with Americredit Corporation within the Treasury department and Client Services organizations where he participated in the execution of over 14 securitizations in excess of $18B.

Tim holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Chris Chestnut

As Partner of Innovate Auto Solutions, Chris is responsible for strategic planning, software development, network design, and all aspects of the company’s technological support systems and infrastructure. Chris has over 13 years of technology and software development experience, the majority of which has been in the financial sector.

Prior to joining Innovate, Chris was an executive in the auto finance industry where he developed Information Technology solutions supporting all aspects of the lending process. Between 2005 and 2008 he helped to create and lead the implementation of highly successful direct to consumer origination and marketing strategies.

Chris has experience in relationship database design and using .NET technologies, with additional expertise in HTML, CSS, and SQL. His strength is evaluating and implementing technology solutions that meet strategic business goals and increase operational efficiency.

Chris has an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree from North Lake College and graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington, with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication.
